I already have regrets on my year-end 2007 list. Jesca Hoop's Kismet
should have been in my top 10. Maybe Nic Harcourt was right - he has her at #1 on his list. Don't miss her SXSW performance for The Current this Thursday. If you're not in Austin, they're broadcasting live. She already scintillated in their studio in July of last year.
