Miles, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and Tony Williams: Europe, 1967.

When everything else sounds bland, often a result of overlistening to indie pop, there are a two things I know I can listen to with pleasure: the first is silence, and the second is jazz by Miles or Coltrane.

Miles Davis - Agitation (Konserthuset, Stockholm, Sweden) (mp3)
Miles Davis - Gingerbread Boy (Stadhalle, Karlsruhe, Germany) (mp3)

Both from Miles Davis Quintet: Winter In Europe 1967.
